Here you find a free spread of knowledge & rumours, the expansion of crafts, giving rise to the tallest of buildings, guild halls and hidden passages. No one really knows all that’s happening, if anything: bustling markets, lively festivals, and thriving . Outside of the city or under its layered walls, there is a world of mysticism and shadow.
